Cindy, Owner
An innovative senior leader, Cindy brings expertise in business architecture, healthcare platforms, system integrations, and program management. Known for aligning strategic initiatives with organizational goals, she has consistently delivered impactful solutions and streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and performance across industries.
As Co-Founder of a sustainable indoor cultivation operation, Cindy oversees all aspects of the business, including operations, quality control, and compliance. Her leadership ensures product consistency, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships in a competitive market. She has also contributed to education and community initiatives, serving as an After School Program Coordinator and leading a Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) at an elementary school to foster engagement and support for students.
With a background in delivering enterprise-wide initiatives, Cindy has successfully driven product development, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. A graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. in Information Systems, she combines analytical expertise with a passion for innovation to achieve measurable results.
Joey, Owner
As a technologist, Joey has been shaped by the principles of open source and the free software movement. He has a breadth of experience in the tech world spanning from roles such as systems engineer and cloud architect. With Joey’s experience as a legacy cultivator, drive to constantly learn and improve, passion for botany, and interest in cutting edge grow tech make him a great fit for the cannabis industry.
Joey is deeply committed to social justice and equity in the cannabis industry. This includes supporting initiatives that work towards repairing the harm caused by decades of discriminatory drug policies. He is also committed to supporting small, locally-owned businesses, particularly those that are owned and operated by people from historically marginalized communities. By empowering these businesses, we can work towards creating a more diverse and equitable cannabis industry that benefits everyone.
